SV Microwave does our own high performance machining onsite with Swiss lathes and mills in a variety of styles: CNC, vertical and manual. With our highly experienced machinists, we are capable of manufacturing complex components with a high degree of precision.

With SV you can rest assured in the quality of our products. Our CNCs can create a wide variety of features from sub-system chassis to the smallest precision center pins and sockets used in the industry. Our tools can process thousands of parts per hour, with every machining pass from the first to the last having the same micrometer level of precision. We  can provide complete traceability and documentation of product manufacturing to AS9100:2016, Rev. D, and ISO9001:2015 standards.
