SV Microwave introduces state-of-the-art cable assemblies with conformable, flexible, and VITA options. With over 50 years of expertise, our cable assemblies ensure excellent electrical performance from DC to 67 GHz. Our versatile catalog includes SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, 1.85mm, SMP, SMPM, and SMPS series, offering various connector body styles and orientations, cable lengths, and diameters. SV Microwave's cable assemblies are organized into three categories:

Conformable

SV Microwave's conformable cable assemblies feature hand-formable cable that retains its shape after being placed into specific bends providing a balance between bending capability and high-frequency performance up to 40 GHz. These cable assemblies, recognized for their customizable features, are useful for prototyping and development.

Flexible

SV Microwave's flexible cable assemblies are designed to provide versatility in routing, making them suitable for applications where space constraints or complex layouts are present. SV offers cable assemblies in a variety of diameters from common RF sizes like Ø.047”, Ø.085”, Ø.141”, and more. SV’s Ø.047” cable assemblies come in both standard and super flexible cable types, and our SuperFlex cable, bends up to .0625” and is optimized for flexibility with a stranded center conductor and polyurethane jacket.

VITA

SV Microwave’s VITA product line has been extended to include cable assemblies in common lengths and cable diameters featuring SV’s high-density VITA SMPM/SMPS 67.1/.2 and 67.3 cable connectors. SV can also terminate your VITA backplane cables to a variety of multiport I/O panel solutions. The VITA line enables an open VPX world with options like VITA 67.1, 67.2, and 67.3.
